This next Saturday is our Memorial Fun Shoot to honor Old Skagit shooters and remember the good times that we all had together.  (See our "Fun Shoot" web page for full information.)  There is also one of our Informational Meetings about club doings at 9 a.m.  This is a good opportunity to see and hear what has been happening around your club and also to have a fun day of shooting some clay targets.

Well we made it through the Fourth and I heard that everybody had a good time that attended the celebration fun shoot and Multiplex.  Summer is moving along quickly and the state PITA shoot finished up last weekend.  Congratulations to all those shooters from Old Skagit that attended and participated.  Results and pictures are posted on the state PITA website and should also be available on the PITA website shortly.  Links to both pages are on our "PITA Results" page.
Next on the schedule is the PITA Grand at Spokane, starting next weekend.  I know a few Old Skagit shooters will be there and the best of luck to them.
For those who will not be at the Grand and would like to shoot some doubles, Old Skagit will be having a PITA Doubles Marathon and Doubles League on Saturday the twentieth.  The program and more information is posted on "Upcoming PITA Events".
